HILTI COME BACK FOR MORE

It was way back in 1994 that Hilti purchased and installed their first PAL machine; now, ten years later they have come back for more.

An acid barrel zinc machine featuring the Henig blow down system; centrifugal drying, and the PAL loading and unloading system is currently being installed at Zhanjiang in the Guangdong region of China.

"This new machine will be used for plating nails for direct fastening," explains Otto Bechter of Hilti. "We opted for PAL as the supplier of this line because the price and achievement ratio was the best. We’ve had a great relationship with PAL over the past 10 years as far as service and maintenance are concerned and are very much looking forward to it being in full production by October 2004 "

The photos show Hilti’s Project Manager Otto Bechter and Finishing Line Manager, David Chen visiting their line during buy-off at PAL's Shenzhen facility.
