PAL AT WORK, REST AND PLAY

This year’s PAL International Marketing (IMM) in Hong Kong at the beginning of August brought together representatives from all over the world for three days of marketing and engineering meetings. Top of the agenda were reports from the PAL New Technologies team and innumerable ways of better serving our customers needs in the short and long term.

When the three days intensive days in meetings had been completed, it was off to Lamma Island on an exceptionally stormy night for a delicious fish meal!

Congratulations.......

To Corina Sit, who gave birth to a baby girl on 1 September, having just a few weeks before been the lynch pin at the PAL IMM - she is seen here with Geoff Paterson on the final day of the IMM. And here is little Wing Suen.

John Smeltz of PAL Service found time to relax in Canada (where a PAL machine was installed at PC World – see page 7) when he went to stay with Dave Jones. John proudly shows off the 22lb fruits of his labours caught near Dave’s home in Campbell River B.C.
