PRESS RELEASE Back
NEW FACE AT PAL EUROPE
Graham Benton, a well-known name in the plating industry has joined Process Automation (Europe) Ltd - PAL Europe, with special responsibility for sales in the south of England and to help establish the distributor network in mainland Europe.

Previously a director of Chemring Plating Systems (1991-1999) and then Kraft CPS, Graham was responsible for the development and marketing of the first viable reverse pulse plating technology. The introduction of Reverse Pulse plating was particularly beneficial to PCB manufacturers who adopted the new technology when upgrading their plating plants in order to meet the quality and output demands imposed by their customers. As a consequence he established a close working relationship with PAL, who quickly became one of his largest customers.

"Having sold pulse rectifiers and other power sources to PAL for several years I have visited their factories in Hong Kong and China many times. I have great respect for their engineering ability, and their machines," he explains. "It is, therefore, a great pleasure to join them as they look to expansion throughout Europe. I look forward to working with new and existing customers, focusing, in these challenging times, on the very definite cost benefits of installing a new PAL machine and also encouraging existing customers to consider taking the 'upgrade' route."
PAL Europe, launched in early November, is a subsidiary of PAL - Process Automation International Ltd, responsible for sales and marketing of PAL's automated plating equipment throughout Europe. Bruce Norsworthy, Managing Director of PAL UK, is Managing Director of PAL Europe, which is based at The Farriers, Annscroft, Shrewsbury, SY5 8AN, UK.
