Design and Manufacture

PAL designs and supplies custom-built equipment for PCB, semiconductor and general metal finishing applications throughout the world. Upon receipt of an order an experienced project team is assigned whose responsibilities range from initial design to final buy-off of the machine.

All major manufacturing takes place in-house so that close control of production scheduling, manufacturing costs and product quality can be maintained.

After fabrication the main components of the system ¡V structure, tanks, transporters, control cabinet etc. are brought together for assembly, piping and wiring.

The control cabinet is connected and the equipment fully dry-run tested before being disassembled for packing and shipping to its final destination.
